UNLOCK YOUR POTENTIAL: PRACTICAL TIPS and RESEARCH-BASED FACTS

The New Year is a natural time for reflection and intention-setting. I’m excited to announce the return of The New Year Journal, now updated for 2026, available for free!
Procrastination is a natural part of life, affecting people across the globe for generations. Many of us, at some point, have put off tasks, and while this can sometimes be harmless, it can also have significant impacts. This common act of delaying tasks despite knowing the negative consequences, is often misunderstood as laziness or poor time management. It affects various aspects of life, from academic assignments to personal responsibilities, and is deeply rooted in psychological and emotional factors.
Stress is a part of our everyday lives, and yet it’s often misunderstood. Truth is there is no life without stress. Understanding the nature of stress is the key to well-balanced life. Let’s take a closer look at the different types of stress, how our bodies respond to it, and even how it can sometimes benefit us. By exploring mindfulness-based strategies and defining individual stressors, we can discover effective ways to manage stress and foster our personal growth.
Life has a way of throwing us curveballs when we least expect it. From personal challenges to global crises, we all find ourselves navigating stormy seas at one point or another.
Stating the obvious, summer is not only about going on holidays and leisure; it is a time filled with work and responsibilities, just like any other season. However, understanding the importance of today’s topic is crucial: you need holidays!

I had a really nice experience with the coaching sessions from Hiacyntha. She is a very kind and calm woman who listens very carefully to you. She knows which questions to ask.

But is also not afraid to ask for feedback or suggestions. The anchor technique she explained to me is something that I’ve used many times and really helped me.

In our coaching sessions, we talked a lot about my semester abroad, which starts in August. My coach guided me through my doubts and thoughts about organization with the serenity I needed.

Also, talking about my future self, vision and goals helped me figure out where or who I want to be and what my core life values are. I really enjoyed articulating my feelings about change and development, and I noticed a shift in my perspective after a few days. All in all, I would say that I learned a bit more about how to unravel the chaos in my head and how to reflect on my thoughts about myself and my choices.
